ARTMOVES

A companion exhibition to Historias Postivias was ArtMoves, featuring cool banners of activist art hanging on Indian autorickshaws. This was a joint project with the Centre for Media and Alternative Communication (CMAC) in India, adapted from the inaugural display at the New Delhi Railway Station on December 1, 2007. ArtMoves is based on the premise that thoughtful, engaging, challenging art opens up possibilities for personal transformation. It also seeks to do what art does best: invoke thought and therefore action stirring debate and dialogue within communities.
