AN OPPORTUNITY TO EDUCATE

At the International AIDS Conference, one of the best parts was when Historias Positivas participants had the chance to ‘speak up’ about what it was like to be HIV-positive. Latin America is home to at least two million people living with HIV—the world’s third most infected region, following Asia and Africa. Participants were the finest examples of strength and inspiration as they talked to conference-goers and the media.
